Most landlords dread receiving maintenance request forms via their property managers. Wouldn’t it be great if a property didn’t deteriorate over time, paint never chipped, pipes never burst and carpet stayed clean and soft forever.

So next time you receive a maintenance request just think hey, you can keep your tenant happy, the property looking good, and claim the cost as an expense on your investment.
